It's "ok". I prefer my foam dispenser, that did break down and now, I don't know what to do with it but throw away. I will order a new bronze foam dispenser! I loved that one!

Doesn’t stay charged for very long and on/off button on the back sometimes stops working. Previous ones we had only lasted two years. We’re already having problems with the new ones.

Sensor it is!

The sensor pump is replacing an aged hand pump dispenser. It’s taking some time getting used to the sensitivity of the sensor pump. I go to move it and oops soap comes out. It would be great if there was an adjustment I could make on the sensitivity of the dispenser. Otherwise I have made adjustments, like placing the dispenser in another area on my sink where I need to think about my intentions to dispense soap. I also turn the dispenser “off” when I am going to clean my counter. When I’m cooking, the dispenser is convenient and works to my expectations which was to quickly have soap in my hands and not touch a dispenser. Simple human makes quality items to make life easier. This is another product that has made me a continued fan of their products.

“Brass” pump

Loved everything about this product except that I was expecting a polished brass look which would match the hardware and accessories. Unfortunately the antique brass look doesn’t work for us so returning the pump. Plan to order one in brushed stainless for kitchen. Simple human has awesome products. We have others and love them.

The battery does not hold charge beyond 2-3 days

I like the concept of this product a lot. We purchased 4! But with one of them, the battery stopped holding charge beyond 2-3 days.
Also, I do not like the fact that you can't adjust the amount of soap you get from the unit. At least one of the 4 that we have would adjust, based on how far you hold your palm under the dispense arm, but the rest do not respond differently. I would have liked to have a knob to permanently change how much soap is dispensed, and not change with how far away you hold your palm.
