Have not had to recharge yet. That's when my last pump died. I like the no touch. If it is for your bath/powder room, get the smaller one, it will look better.

Puts out a nice amount of soap, and I like that the amount of soap varies depending on distance from the outlet your hand is placed.

The pump does not put out the amount of soap needed as it should. You need 6 or 7 pumps to get a reasonable amount of soap to wash your hands

Sleek and clean but amount of soap dispensed is hit or miss. The sensor seems totally random on how much soap it will dispense. Be prepared to go thru a lot more soap than expected.
