Love Ninja Grills

I have several Ninja items, the newest being the Woodfire Grill. Very easy to use. I made my first smoked brisket, timing in the book was a little too long for my size of brisket but it turned out very good. Use your own judgement and thermometer readings for the length of time to cook.
