Love it so far!!

After our grill arrived, we decided to send for more accessories plus the stand before using the grill, so we'd be good to go. Everything was easy from set-up to recipes ideas. We eat a lot of fish, so we've already grilled tilapia a few times and salmon once. Both were absolutely delicious after brushing with a little garlic olive oil, then seasoning with a little lemon pepper and Old Bay. The tilapia which is a spring/summer staple in our house, was so much easier to grill on the Ninja Woodfire grill than the propane grill, so that's a plus for us. (Clean-up is a snap, too.) The salmon was interesting, because the seasoning kind of crusted on it, but the fish was still moist and cooked perfectly on the inside. Delicious!! I can see we're going to love this grill for fish and probably everything else, but we just haven't had a chance to find out yet! The pellets gave just a hint of flavor, like a beautiful seasoning, not an overwhelming smoke flavor (which I don't like), just a delicate flavor enhancement. I just hope that our condo HOA doesn't find a problem with the little bit of fire when the pellets first ignite, because we do have rule of no charcoal grills on the outside deck (aka fire)! Also, they won't come over to ask us about all of the smoke, which was a little scary the first time....and the little smoke box does put out a LOT of smoke with the 1/2 cup of pellets. I posed that question to consumers and called customer service before buying the grill and the answers were a little sketchy for people like us who need this information. Bottom line, this is an amazing little grill and we'd buy it again! (We're probably going to sell the big grill that we bought a couple years ago. No more propane....yay!) I'll report back later again after testing out more recipes! (I know I mentioned easy clean-up above, but I only wish everything in my kitchen was as easy to clean after using this grill! We're seniors, so everything easy is good as we get older!)

Photo of my very FIRST attempt at grilling/smoking anything! A dozen chicken drumsticks seemed like a good choice! They came out PERRRRRFECT!! Next day I tried pork ribs! Some SUGGESTIONS: I purchased the "PRO" model with the THERMOMETER!! More expensive, BUT WORTH IT! The "Outdoor Grill Cover" plus other desired accessories (the cover, lift forks, veggie tray) will also be d in the price. 2) Glad I purchased the stand too! It's "outdoor" tough and a perfect fit. 3) The "MANUAL", included Instruction Sheets, as well as the online Ninja "How-To" videos, were INVALUABLE! ... recipes too! 4) Yeah, it takes a little homework to get the MOST out of it. But NO MORE schlepping 16 lb. bags of charcoal, and tasting the lighter fluid in the food! The smoke flavor created in beef, chicken, and fish from the Woodfire Grill's convection fan and the "real" wood pellets mixture, CANNOT be equaled by any conventional barbecues. (NOTE: The wood pellets are STRICTLY for "flavoring" food only - NOT for heating or cooking). I'm a "Happy Camper".

after 65 years of cooking all kinds of meat (wild or store bought), this cooker will eliminate any need to leave home to eat real BarBQ I have never had ribs or chicken as good as this cooks

Purchased my Ninja Woodfire grill a week ago. Have used it 3times so far. Everything has smoked nicely and cleanup is so easy. Haven’t used the thermometer yet, but have had no problems . . I don’t regret buying it, looking forward to many more meals cooked in it.

I received my 7 in 1 woodfire pro about a week ago. The air fryer is amazing. My chicken was crispy and juicy. I made smoked baby back ribs next. The smoker made perfect bark and the meat was very tender. Can’t wait to try more!

So far everything I have grilled came out great. Hard to believe the smoke flavor you get from so little wood chips. Haven’t tried all of the features yet but surprised how well it performs.

Love my new toy. In the process of fine tuning the recipes. Pork chops and air fried potatoes best I have ever done. Very simple to operate. Great for preparing meals for my wife and myself. Easy and quick cleanup.
