Give great wood smoke flavor. Grills great, roast is awesome and cooking bacon and eggs on the griddle with the small air crisp basket for the bacon is easier than in a skillet on the stove! Versatile, easy to use, awesome! A little pricey, but like nothing on the market.

I am loving my Ninja Outdoor Woodfire Grill! It's super simple to use and cooks food SO fast!
Although there is a little bit of a learning curve on knowing how much time to cook something. Which, the guidebook gives recommended cooking times and that's helpful, but I've found I need to use the lowest option because everything cooks so fast. Especially for steaks and such, which we prefer in the medium range. So if it says 8-12 minutes, for instance, I now go for the 8 minutes and that seems to cook them perfectly to our liking.
I haven't used all the features yet. I had been insanely curious about woodbox grills/smokers so that's why the Ninja Outdoor Woodfire appealed to me so much. I've only tried the Woodfire function once so far. Super impressive how well it works. It REALLY smokes up a storm!!!
The trouble was we used to bold pellets on chicken tenders for fajita night. Yikes. A little too much smoke flavor. I actually have an awesome marinade that I use for fajita meats but all we could taste was the bold smoke flavor. It was too much. We're going to try the regular pellets and maybe on something that takes longer than under 10 minutes to cook. That might help temper the flavor.
Other than that, my only other complaint is I wish the plug-in cord was longer. It limits where I can use the grill on our deck, BUT that's a very small complaint.
Besides how fast and awesome it cooks --because did I mention the awesome grill marks it makes on food?-- is how easy the clean up is. I used to dread cleaning our other grill racks. This is so easy. Let it cool, pop it out, wash in warm soapy water...no scrubbing, no fussing...it's marvelous. Anything that saves me time and energy and makes me excited to cook again, I'm in love with. Because after all the cooking I did during covid, and all the residual cleaning up, I was just over it. Now I'm excited to make meals again if I can use my new Ninja Outdoor Woodfire Grill! Which I'm doing all the time now!
