This has been by far the best monitor I have ever come across to date. Coming from a benq 240hz tn panel this is night and day difference. Oled is just superior in every way. Only negative I can think of is the hefty $1600 after taxes i paid. Otherwise it’s perfect for future proofing your setup for years to come.
Bought in June. Wrote a loving review in July. The display is great And it died in August. Keep the box and styrofoam as you may need to send it in for repair. A lemon or does it have a design fault? I suspect over heating.
I bought this in June. I wrote a glowing review in July. And it died on August 7. Not even the menu buttons work. No display. Make sure to keep the box and the styrofoam as it is being sent for repair. Maybe I got a lemon or maybe it has a serious problem?
I wrote a glowing review in July for this product and today it stopped working. Even the menu button does not display. So I am back to using my older monitor. Good think I kept it. And ASUS wants to charge me $170. To ship it back to them for repair.
So I bought this monitor in June as I have a new computer with a great graphics card and lots of ram. My old monitor was a cheep little thing so I expected to be impressed. Then I got an annual subscription to EA games and downloaded Battlefield 4. Great game but not that great graphics. But today I played Battlefield 2042 (a much newer game). I was playing in a map set in the desert and for a moment I felt like I was watching a 4K film, and I was in it -- the image was that great. So, with the right software this thing just shines!
