A fun idea but too frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was very exciting for my daughters when we were opening it, they love airplane role play so this would be perfect for them. After we had unwrapped everything and set it all up, they were keen to start playing. Quite quickly they began to get frustrated because as they were putting one thing in place, it moved the plane and other parts fell down. It just didn’t seem sturdy enough for little ones to play with.
After their initial playtime, they haven’t really seemed interested in going back to play with it which is a shame.
A fun idea but unfortunately too frustrating for my girls.

Great toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great little toy. My daughter loves it and lets her imagination run wild with it. It’s handy that you can fit all the parts inside and carry it around. She did not need to build anything to start playing as it was already assembled. I would highly recommend.

Polly Pocket Paradise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On first impression, this set is gorgeous; it’s colourful, it’s eye-grabbing and it’s large! All the things that make a brilliant kids toy.
My eleven-year-olds’ eyes lit up when I showed her this product and she immediately left to go and open it upstairs. Within five minutes, the box was open and the set was all out in the open.
There’s quite a few accessories included in the set which was nice to see however, this set became quite ‘stale’ after a while of play time.
It’s well made, it’s fun and bright but it doesn’t ’do much’ and therefore, after a while it’s become quite boring.
I do however think it is worth the price!

Cute set - but fiddly and easy to misplace!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat mad daughter was very excited to receive this to review. There are a LOT of little accessories that come with it and she thoroughly enjoyed setting these up (once we’d put the plane together - which wasn’t too onerous). The little accessories are very cute, bags that open and there are ways to attach them to the plane so they stay in place (like when you move the bag carousel or spinning the plane chairs). You can pull up the handle once open to reveal a shack area with dance floor. So lots of areas to inspire play. The downsides for me are with it being so little it can be quite fiddly to place the accessories where you want them. Also, a big downside for me is there are limited places to store all the accessories when not in use. You cannot have anything in the lower dance floor area as you then cannot push the handle down to shut the plane. With the accessories being so small they are very easy to lose, which really affects play - we’ve had to have the sofa out to discover a few missing pieces. So whilst lovely, it’s a difficult toy to do more than set up scenes with and very easy to lose bits as there’s no storage pot/bag to keep it all together. Be interesting to see how it works playing with other sets, but it makes my eye twitch at the thought of more tiny items!
