The book, doll and added fun did not disappoint!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter immediately wanted this doll when she saw it the first time, as an advertisement. The doll is very pretty, and the box is simply awesome! There are 3 experiments included with this doll - slime, dissolving bath bomb and a color changing skirt.
The instructions are made up of pictures, no reading is necessary. The slime was really easy to make, and didn't need the allotted 6 mins of stirring that was recommended. I really appreciated the tray that was provided to make the slime and dissolve the bath bomb. She did everything on the table, but it kept all the spills contained and made clean up easier. The neither the cup nor the crown "bowl" have a water line which would've made things a little easier. It was hard to guess how much water to use with the bath bomb- she used a little too much, so there were some spills after the bomb was added. The stirring utensil that was supplied was long enough, so my daughter had to get a plastic spoon in order to reach the bottom of the cup without getting her fingers covered. The red water that was produced from the bath bomb stains a little. My daughter had to wash her hands a few times to get it off.

The doll is very pretty, my daughter loves her hair and the surprise bath bomb trinket was the watch!!! A really fun added surprise! We kept the crown bowl, in order for her to change the skirt color, which requires the skirt being submerged in hot water. She also kept the box, which is made of plastic and cardboard, so its stronger than most doll boxes, and it looks really cool! She's been using the box in addition to the doll when she plays. Overall, she loves it and wants the Chloe doll next!! I heard nothing but giggles and laughter while she worked through the experiments.

A doll filled with surprises!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect toy for your Descendants loving girls! My daughter loved that the doll was a surprise Red doll and she had to do ”recipes” to unlock the doll. She loved making the red slime that left a hint of glitter on her hands after playing with it. She also loved watching the second recipe fizz until the key to unlock her new doll was exposed. This gave off a slight floral smell and did bubble over the provided purple cup; however, the spill over never left the provided tray and left me with minimal to no clean up! We did have some red transfer on our fingers with our second recipe but no staining and it all washed off with soap and water with the first try. After unlocking the doll my daughter was excited to see that Reds skirt can also change colors with water (recipe 3). Overall this toy was packaged so well and left me with minimal cleanup / mess. My daughter loved the recipes, playing with the book, and playing with her new Red doll.

Adventure in a spellbook

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Red is amazing she comes in this cool spell book and theres mixes to do potions and find keys and unlock the door !! It makes a cool slime, you have to trust the process and KEEP mixing and the fizzer is really really red !! Very colorful and fun and beautiful.

Super cool doll!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves this toy! She rent enjoyed the potion portion and slime making. Now she plays with the barbie everyday! Her favorite thing is that the dolls outfit changes color when you put it under hot or cold water.

Super fun toy with a lot of activities

After doing the three spells in the book we took the doll and book and put it away as a collectable. The slime spell was fun to do and simple and so was getting the key out is the second one. The color change spell is a great way to incorporate change as teaching point into play.

Fun magical doll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super fun packaging and doll! My 5 year old loves dolls and loves Disney. She was so excited to have this new doll from the movie she just watched but the packaging is what made it even more amazing. It comes in a plastic book shaped package and when you open it there are a few “spells” to do. She LOVED this fun surprise! She followed the spell to make slime and to make a key appear that opens the compartment where the doll is stored. There is also a clothing item that color changes. These fun magical features make the doll so much fun and make opening the packaging memorable. I would highly recommend this to other kids.
