90s Style Barbie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Barbie Fashionistas Doll #223, Totally Hair-Inspired Look & Accessories “1992” paid homage to the iconic Totally Hair Barbie from 1992, which I told my daughter I had when I was her age. She loved to hear we had this toy in common and that the style was similar to the one I had as a kid except with shorter updated hair. She liked the crimped hair style, she thought it was cool. she liked the vibrant colors of the dress, shoes and the long earrings of the 90s. She wished there were more accessories to the doll but still has so much fun playing with it and adding it to her playtime along with her other Barbies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My granddaughter loves this Barbie! She thinks the long hair looks like hers. Earrings were a bonus. The makeup is really pretty. It's great that Barbie can sit or stand. The dress is so stylish too. Shoes are easy to get off and on.

Still tatal hair fabulous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remember having the original Total hair barbie in the 90s. I was so excited to test this product with my kids. She comes with cute pink earrings and shoes, her classic tye dye swirl dress. Her hair is much shorter than the 90s version. Didn't come with jell or comb or hair styler. Yet it was still awesome to play with and tell my kids about our version.

Love the hair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5 year old daughter really loves this Barbie. She loves the Barbie's long crimped hair. The hair is crimped but still really soft and not frizzy. Also, the dress has a Velcro back so, it's really easy for her to take off and put on. She comes with pink dangle earrings and pink high heels.

Similar to my daughters hair so it was perfect! My only feedback is the dress is poorly made, the top is already becoming unstiched by the collar.

Modernized flashback to my childhood!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited about this Barbie fashionista doll! When I was a kid I totally had the totally hair Barbie from 1991, and it was one of my all time favorite barbies! I especially loved her dress with the fun, swirly colorful pattern on it, but I remember the sleeves were long and somewhat difficult to get on my Barbie back then. This new Barbie fashionista doll honors the totally hair Barbie as a way to celebrate the 65th anniversary of Barbie! This doll features the same fun dress pattern, but with a much more user friendly dress with short sleeves that are easy to get doll arms through! She still has fun wavy/crimped hair but it has been a modernized (No feathered bangs this time) and definitely not as tangly as my dolls from the 90s :) My daughter is really excited about this doll as well because she is pretty, she is fun, and my daughter feels a special connection because of my history with this awesome doll.

Fun, Modern Take On Iconic Totally Hair Barbie!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you like retro Barbies this is a fun blast from the past! This Totally Hair Barbie is a modern twist on an iconic doll with some key differences, but it doesn't take away from how awesome she is. This newer version has shorter hair, but it's still beautiful and stylish. She also now has a sleeveless dress instead of long sleeves, and heeled sandals instead of heels. Overall, she is a cute tribute to a much loved doll for the 65th anniversary! It is nice to see classic Barbie dolls make a comeback to be passed on to the next generation of Barbie fans to create many more memories!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful Barbie and good quality. The dress feels like it is made out of good quality fabric and very durable. Her hair is styled beautifully in beach waves. The shoes are a little too loose and fall off easy but other than that it is a beautiful Barbie.
