Having problems with the first use

It’s a beautiful piece. The right oven will not come to temperature. It was on for almost at hour set at 350, but never got higher than about 120. The left oven does appear to working so far.
I am disappointed that the most expensive appliance we have ever purchased is having issues upon first use.

This dual fuel cooktop/convection oven is exactly what we were wanting to finish off a kitchen remodel. Looks great and well built. Having the six burner top comes in handy for big family events and the convection oven is so much nicer than traditional ovens.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had the stove several weeks now and love how it looks. The knobs are simple. The grates are heavy duty. No complicated control panel.

Very happy with this oven. It was just installed but already performs well and it looks so nice in person. Everyone that’s come into our kitchen recently has commented on how good it looks. I also love that it’s a classic design without unnecessary “smart” features that are more prone to malfunctioning or breaking.
