[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my Secret Labs chair because it was too hard and creating painful pressure points during long work sessions and meetings. The Branch chair has been pretty comfortable and provides good support. I like the change.

Office chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very happy with the chair, however when assembling I found the hardware to be not up to par. I found the bolts difficult at times to line up and had to be careful because the allen wrench would strip out the head of the bolts difficult. Case in point, as I was attaching the single leg the bolt was not lining up correctly and I could not tighten as needed and stripped the head of the bolt out, and by stripping it out I could not remove it, so the bolt is not fully tightened. I’m afraid over time it will come loose and I would have to replace the entire bottom wheel frame. Thank you

Title says it all. Felt like I got the chair you sit at for a job interview when the interviewer wants you to be uncomfortable and start sweating after 3 questions. Skip it

Comfort for tall people...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I sat in the chair, I let out an audible sound of relief. I had tolerated chairs for everyone for nearly 25 years, and to have a chair that fits my 6'4" frame will ideally allow me to enjoy a job I love just a little bit more.

It has been difficult to find an attractive office chair that is not black, so I chose this one. It was not that difficult to put together and it feels comfortable. I’m a little concerned about how much plastic is in it as opposed to metal considering the cost.

Better Than Ignition 2, But Not As Comfortable As Old Cheap Chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Ergonomic Pro chair to replace an Ignition 2 chair that was less than a year old and was very uncomfortable. The Branch chair is more comfortable than the Hon chair, but neither is as comfortable as an old Staples chair that I wish I'd had recovered (rather than donating to charity before a move). Very disappointed.
