I received my new Ergo Pro on Friday and put it together in no time at all. So easy. I am 64 with a T12 injury and this is such a breeze to put together. Seating. Well, WOW is an understatement. My back is asking me why I didn't purchase this chair years ago. The comfort & relief of sitting in the chair is a dream. Quality. 10 stars. The materials used are superior to other chairs. Thank you Branch!!!! You have just earned a forever customer and one that will recommend you highly!

Great chair! Needs a height adjustable lumbar support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I generally really like this chair. It's beautiful and the materials seem to be of great quality. I like how adjustable it is because I am 5'1" and it's hard to find office chairs that work for me ergonomically. My only complaint is that the lumbar support does not adjust up and down, only forward and backward, so it doesn't hit my lumbar where it needs to be. I use an additional lumbar support cushion to fix this. Not a huge deal but for the price and amount of adjustable features I was surprised this wasn't included.

Great Chair... But......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have loved to give this chair 5 stars... the fit is great, the instructions to put together and customize the various adjustments are easy to follow, and service is fast to respond to emails. The only hesitation is the seat is made of hard foam and if you have an issue with your sitting bones, you are going to feel it over time. But that would be true of just about any chair! The adjustments suggested to alleviate that difficulty helped some!
