Terrible seat cushion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seat padding is too soft. You sit down and immediately feel the hard plastic beneath the padding. The chair I’m replacing is 8 years old and still offers better support than this chair. It also feels cheap, like it won’t last long. I had high hopes but was quickly disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great chair, terrible cushion

First the good:- Easy to assemble- Materials are all very high quality- Adjustments are easy to makeNow the glaring issue: the seat cushion. The foam is not supportive and I sink down to the plastic almost immediately. I sit in this chair 8 hours a day for work and my tailbone and butt are sore by the end of the day. This is very disappointing because my back feels better than it has in a long time. I will need to buy a supplement cushion which is disappointing due to the initial cost of the chair. One other thing I would also note is the cylinder, which impacts the height of the chair. I'm only 5' 6" so I got the regular size cylinder but I would recommend getting the tall cylinder. My desk is probably slightly too high as well, but I still wanted to call this out.

Shallow Seat Cushion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a really nice chair and looks great but the seat cushion is thinner than I expected. If I press my thumb into it I can quickly feel the hard flat surface under it. This might be ok if it were firmer cushioning but it is soft and compressible. I was fooled by the pictures of the front of the chair, which make it appear to be several inches thick, but you can see in my picture that this is just cushioning capped over the front.
