I actually want to work just to sit in my new chair!

Some problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chair is comfortable and very adjustable, however, the first screw I installed broke off, and I have still yet to drill it out... Another screw attaching the back to the base stripped because the screw holes and threaded inserts were not aligned. The chair is a little low if you are very tall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Big upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair is a big upgrade from my prior home office chair. I was able to assemble on my own in about 20 minutes using only the tools provided. I got the green and it is subtle and professional - the chair is comfortable and provides great support. I also run hot and the mesh breathes very well. Overall love the chair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got my chair and assembled it. I have to say that this chair has the best assembly instructions and hardware package I have ever seen. The hex key (allen wrench) is a quality tool that's going in my toolbox.The seat is very comfortable; the lumbar support works as described. The arms can move in several dimensions, so everyone should be able to find just the right place for them.

Week 1 with Branch Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After seeing ads for the Branch Chair Pro everywhere and doing extensive research, I decided to invest in it because it seemed like the best balance in the mid-range price category. The packaging, tools, and instructions were great, and assembly was straightforward—though I did need help lifting the box because of the weight.A few things stood out once I started using it. The max height is lower than I expected. I’ve never needed a tall cylinder with any other chair, so I didn’t think to check that ahead of time, and realizing I might need one here was surprising. The backrest is also firmer and less flexible than I hoped, even after adjustments. And for a Pro model, I think the headrest should really be included rather than sold separately.Overall, it’s a good chair with strong potential and I’m hoping it will work out in the long-term, but a couple of design decisions (including white plastic) keep it from feeling fully optimized right out of the box.
