The chair is very comfortable and worth the purchase. I sit in my office chair every day for work. This is definitely much better than what I was using.I’m still learning the best position for each setting.Much better and easy to adjustL.

Great value, good chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chair is solid! Very comfortable. There's a few improvements that I think are needed. I would have rated 3.5 stars if I could; I think the improvements would be worth another star and the chair in general would need a more solid construction to be at 5/5 after that.The armpads - they move too easily. The amount of adjustment is great, but there should be some form of button released locking mechanism. Otherwise being able to adjust them by just moving them with a bit of force has them just as easily moved out of position if lets say your leg bumps it or something. You'll often need to reposition your right armrest after pulling the adjustment levers on the right side of the chair after your arm pushes the right armest around when using those adjustments.Headrest - generally needs improvement; I'll leave a separate review on the headrest part but I think it requires a note here since it was the headrest meant to be paired with the chair. The seat tilt - I think it needs at least one level of being able to tilt backwards for those of us with thicker bottoms that would fill the space out better.

Decently comfortable at 6’4”

I’m a 6’4” tall guy and have struggled to find a comfortable chair. I was attracted to the ergonomic chair pro by the offering of the extended cylinder, which made it seem like this is a chair designed to accommodate taller users. With the optional extended cylinder, this chair gets most of the way there. The extended cylinder provides plenty of height for me. The seat pan extension comfortably takes the front edge further down my thighs than most chairs. However, I find that the armrests extended to full height are just a tad low for me. The lumbar support is way too low for a tall person. The optional headrest does not come close to the back of my head (I would skip that if you’re on the taller side).The fit and finish of this chair is very nice. It has a great set of adjustment options and I think it would be incredibly comfortable for someone up to 6’2” or 6’3” (with the optional cylinder). At 6’4” I can feel that I’m stretching this chair’s limits. It would be nice if this chair were designed with a bit more range to align with the taller height of user that the optional extended cylinder attracts.
