[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been looking for a good home office chair for some time. The one I had was good in its day, but lacked lumbar support, which I need. After sitting on every chair in Staples, I thought they were okay, but they lacked something. After some extensive research, I found Branch. The Ergonomic Chair Pro is just what I needed. The lumbar support is great, and I love all the adjustments. But it's not just function over form; it's a beautiful chair, too, and it fits perfectly with my Scandinavian office look.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair was easy to assemble. It's very comfortable. Certainly worth the price -- better than some more expensive ones I looked at.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the leather Ergonomic Pro and it really helped with my back and leg pain from sitting all day. Overall great quality, design, and comfortability.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's fine. The fact that the headrest is an added piece is odd and there are cheaper highly rated chairs where it headrest is standard. Also the tall cylinder should be an option...not an extra cost. The instructions are decent but all the levers and adjustments aren't intuitive at all. It somewhat comfortable. I'm working through it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased on of the Branch Ergonomic Chair Pro's and a big highlight of the chair is the back support! The chair supports your lower back enough to prevent poor posture which leads to a more comfortable work experience. The bottom cushion provides a comfortable seat, withstanding at a minimum a 12 hour shift, I personally feel like I could go even longer! I like that the settings are minimal and aren't confusing, they support my needs enough without being complex. Now for some cons, I personally feel like I could go without the headrest. It lacks cushion compared to the Secret Lab chairs and has minimal movement not making it able to conform to my personal needs, compared to the Secret Lab headrest where you are able to move it freely. I'm also not too fond of the armrests not being able to lock in place, they can freely move at all times which catches me off guard sometimes but it's not enough of an inconvenience to make me dissatisfied with the chair. Overall the chair meets my personal needs in comfort and I would give it a 4/5 stars!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After researching chairs and owning a good many in 25 years of working at a desk, I finally found a chair that hits the mark in all areas. I sit 8-10 hours per day and have osteoarthritis in my lower back. The adjustable lumbar allows me to adjust it for me. I like the adjustable arms, tension, and seat. Everyone is different, and this chair adjusts for all body types. I did purchase the headrest and foot rest which adds extra comfort. I would purchase again and highly recommend this chair.
