Amazing chair for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read so many reviews before buying this chair because I was nervous about making such a large purchase without sitting in it first. I had nothing to worry about though! It is everything everyone says - beautiful design and total ergonomic comfort for a very fair price. All of the adjustments allow you to dial the chair in to just what you need and it is so comfortable, you forget to stand! My only concern is how well the light Glacier blue I chose will hold up, but for now, it's gorgeous and I am extremely happy I went for it.

Amazing!! I’ve worked from home for the last 6 years and finally pulled the plug on chairs that broke or were just uncomfortable! I love this chair!! Buy it you won’t regret it!!

Well Made and Near Perfect

I'm really impressed with the build quality, options, adjustments and comfort. There's a lot of thought that went into this chair's design and features. I wanted a leather office chair but with options for adjustments and a color that complimented the decor. Adjustments are something a lot of leather office chairs don't have because they're usually fixed other than the height and tilt. When I ran across a Branch Ergonomic Chair Pro ad I quickly thought this is a combination of both and I was right. This chair is beautiful, my only major gripe is the headrest I got with it seems like an afterthought and didn't receive the attention like the rest of the chair did and a suggestion that the armrest padding should the color of the chair material. When addressing the headrest, one of the adjustments on the headrest needs to be it can be adjusted higher for taller people. I like to let my head and neck rest on it while editing, keep my head up right and this one doesn't quite allow me to do that. My head tilts back just a little bit to far and find myself looking the bottom of glasses (which are the readers in my progressive lenses). I noticed in the videos the headrest comes to the back of the head in the videos, where my headrest comes to my neck instead of my head. This is important to me since I edit all day. Make sure you guys create an new head rest for taller people and I'll buy it immediately!

With the updated seat they have now, this chair is a great affordable option. I work from home and didn’t want to spend a fortune but also wanted all the features of a nicer office chair. I highly recommend this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my desk chair with the Ergonomic Chair Pro. So far, great. Have only had for a few days, but it is comfortable. Feels good against my back. The seat is a bit firmer than I anticipated, but it is not uncomfortable. My previous chair had a mesh seat, which worked, but had become an issue, so I wanted something with a bit more cushion. Chair was easy to put together, clear instructions for the most part (it would be helpful if the seat was labeled which is front (like the mechanism). With just the seat by itself, it was little difficult to tell at first. The lift arm did not work initially to raise and lower the seat, but I reached out and received a response within a day or so with information that provided the solution, which was to turn the lever to tighten it to engage it with the cylinder - I don't think that information was in the instructions which would have been helpful.
