[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seat is not very comfortable and lumbar support is not as good as other chairs I have owned. I also find the adjustment levers somewhat difficult to deal with. Disappointed considering the cost of the chair. I expected more.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best ergonomic chair ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I can say is that the ergonomic chair is beautiful and extremely comfortable! I don’t feel my butt when I’m sitting on this chair. So far, I have spent 6 hours working without feeling any discomfort, and I can keep going. This chair was the best decision ever!

Def good for the price point and way more attractive than most office chairs. Wish the arms were adjustable though. We had to buy desk risers so it could roll underneath.

Great, not perfect

It has significantly helped my pain from a cervical hernia pinching nerves, and it looks great.Just some small down sides:- The lumbar support is pretty minor. I’d like it to be able to go deeper and higher.- It was a shame to pay for the taller cylinder, but have to receive and waste the smaller one. This should be an upgrade not an add-on.

Why did I wait so long?

I’ve been working from home for years and recently started experiencing some low back pain from sitting (in an old office chair) for too long. This chair is beautiful. The design is modern and elegant, but it also feels incredible on my back and neck. It really was night and day shift in how my body felt. This is a fantastic value for the price, and I’m so happy that I paid for the headrest and splurged on the slightly pricier model. Additionally, it was so easy to assemble and shipped quickly. f you’re on the fence I really hope this is the review that nudges you to go for it. Your body will thank you :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the assembly instructions are good, the user manual badly needs rethinking - too much information is omitted, which is infuriating because using a chair ought not be as complicated as they've made it. And the videos don't help - they too omit crucial information. But the chair itself is wonderful - my bad back thanks me every day for spending $$ for it.
