Erg Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chair is very comfortable. It is well made specifically for its price pont. The headrest is just ok. Tall cylinder is a must for a person over 6 feet. I am not a fan of the casters on carpet but they are decent. At its pricepoint, I would highly recommend and doubt there is a better chair under 1k.

Beautiful craftsmanship, but not comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was back and forth between this and a different model. A bunch of research assured me this was the chair for me. Turns out, algorithms and marketing ploys convinced me. It is great craftsmanship, and I love its aesthetic, but what I thought was closer to a memory foam seat turned out to be too stiff for me. I know it's ergonomic, but I still expected it to be more comfortable. My hips are burning by the end of the night. Plus, I'm one to "flop" around when I'm trying to get comfortable, so I end up endlessly moving the adjustable armrests! All in all, I wish I had gone with the other style, but I didn't have the time to rebox this and send it back. 🤷♀️
