The seat itself is comfortable. However, at 5'4", my feet are just on the ground. I get by with a pair of crocs or a small stool under the desk for full comfort. Also, the arms of this chair are rock hard. I plan to get an arm cushion.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instructions were good, but the setup took WAY more time than expected. A couple of the screw holes are in tight (for my hands) places. That said, learning how/where to make adjustments was straightforward. The chair seems comfortable , and I'm looking forward to using it. :)
The Ergonomic Chair Pro at first impressions seems to be a great office chair for my home office. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were very straight forward and clear. I have an above average build and tall and I like the adjustability of the seat depth which helps give my longer thighs better support when sitting for long periods of time. The fabric seems to be pretty durable; only time will tell if it stands up to my daily use. The foam in the seat is nice and thick and solid when new, hopefully that does not change. I do wish it was manufactured with memory foam as I believe that would provide a better seat for the long term. I will be watching how well this particular seat performs going forward.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with my purchase and enjoyed working with Branch. Would consider them for additional purchases in the future.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Branch Ergonomic Chair Pro 3 (with headrest) weeks ago to replace my aging home office chair.. I am glad I did. It has been such a relief since, particularly with my lower back issues. After sitting at my desk all day, I no longer feel tired. Assembling the chair was fairly straightforward. It does take some time getting used to the various adjustments, but thereafter it's easy. The headrest could have additional forward tilt settings though.
I’m 5’7”. I work in IT and do 10 hour days. Its the best chair I’ve ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m 5’7”. I work in IT and do 10 hour days. Its the best chair I’ve ever used. I did get the “optional” headrest, I do think this shouldn’t be optional. The chair itself is amazing, especially if you’re on the shorter side. The headrest and chair are extremely configurable and easy to adjust. The mesh back with lumbar supports work better than anything else I’ve sat in. I do already have a foot rocker, this is the only thing you need to pair with it, for your ankles. Everything else in terms of fatigue or back pain was relieved by the chair.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I loved this chair until I realized it is too big for me. The armrests don’t clone close enough too my body, so my arms are extended out causing a kink in my neck. The back rest is too high above my back so the head rest doesn’t work well.
