The DEEBOT T50 MAX offers excellent value for money. I was impressed by the level of cleaning performance at this price point, and it delivered on the manufacturer’s claims overall.
I experienced an error once and initially thought it was a problem with the device. However, I quickly discovered that it was caused by an app setting. After adjusting the settings, it worked normally.
Because I have a busy schedule, I often did not have time to clean every day, especially since my dog frequently tracks dirt onto the floors. Now I can start a cleaning session anytime through the app on my phone, even while I am at work. My home feels much cleaner, and I am very satisfied with the difference it has made. I’m also excited to earn points for cleaning, which I can use to purchase accessories at a discounted price.
One small drawback is that the base occasionally slid out of place. I secured it with tape, which solved the problem. For a cleaner and more stable solution, I recommend using magnets to keep the base in place.

Great Performance for a Two-Cat Household

This is our third Ecovacs product, so we already had good experience with the brand. We have an older Ecovacs vacuum/mop downstairs and an Ecovacs GOAT taking care of the garden. I bought the DEEBOT T50 MAX PRO OMNI specifically for the upstairs, and so far I’m very happy with it.
We have two cats, so keeping the floors clean is a daily challenge. The DEEBOT runs twice a day — once for vacuuming only and once for vacuuming and mopping. It does a very nice job on both our carpets and tile floors.
I especially love the separate container for the floor cleaning solution. It makes the mopping setup very convenient.
Setup was easy, and the robot generally runs smoothly. It does occasionally get trapped, maybe twice a week, but nothing too serious. The only funny issue we have is with our bathroom scale — the DEEBOT seems determined to push it around every time it encounters it!
Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase. It has made keeping our upstairs floors clean with two cats much easier, and I’m happy to continue using Ecovacs products.

Best Purchase For Any Home

The ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 MAX PRO Omni shown in has been an absolute game-changer for my home. I have two cats, which means dealing with constant shedding and tracked litter, but this robot vacuum keeps my floors completely spotless. The ZeroTangle 2.0 technology genuinely lives up to its name, pulling up pet hair effortlessly without the brush roller getting clogged.
Beyond just vacuuming, the mopping feature is fantastic and leaves a great finish. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to maintain so it runs optimally. Because it has a self-emptying station and a hot water mop washing feature, the system practically cleans itself, meaning I barely have to lift a finger to keep the machine in top condition. I highly recommend this for any pet owner looking for a hands-off cleaning solution!

I had a Roomba that I loved! It died after years and I got a new one. It was NOT the same. Would get lost. Bounce off of the charger and not charge. Left hair along the edges and corners. It was awful. I owned it less than 6 months. I should have listened to my clients who recommended the Deebot. Finally bought one and I have really enjoyed using it. It does a great job. The only thing I don’t love is the app. It’s not super intuitive. But it gets the job done. And my floors are clean again!

Pet Hair No Problem

The machine operates flawlessly. The pet hair in kitchens nooks snd crannies doesn't stand a chance. Vacuums everything and leaves a smooth clean floor behind. Minimal service needed to keep the Vacuum in top shape. I Love this thing!

This is my second ecovac and can’t recommend enough! I have in program on the main areas every two days and it keeps my floors clean, even after crazy get togethers!

Overall experience is not very satisfactory. The deeboot has being missing spots. The water tray has malfunctioned twice and it’s more work to empty the tray dry and fix it back. Nothing clogged the area, so not sure why it malfunctioned.
