[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After seeing ads for the Branch Chair Pro everywhere and doing extensive research, I decided to invest in it because it seemed like the best balance in the mid-range price category. The packaging, tools, and instructions were great, and assembly was straightforward—though I did need help lifting the box because of the weight.A few things stood out once I started using it. The max height is lower than I expected. I’ve never needed a tall cylinder with any other chair, so I didn’t think to check that ahead of time, and realizing I might need one here was surprising. The backrest is also firmer and less flexible than I hoped, even after adjustments. And for a Pro model, I think the headrest should really be included rather than sold separately.Overall, it’s a good chair with strong potential and I’m hoping it will work out in the long-term, but a couple of design decisions (including white plastic) keep it from feeling fully optimized right out of the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an office chair I bought during covid that I thought was decent. I then bought the ergonomic chair pro and realized what I missed out on. Very easy to assemble and figure out the settings (although I still need to tinker a little). I sat on it and realized it was a chair i could spend hours on in comfort. The seat is very comfortable and I would recommend it to friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally pleased with chair. Mechanical components don’t feel hugely durable so will be interested to see how long they last. Chair is comfortable compared with other ergonomic chairs tried, but still a tad stiff for those who prefer a more cushioned seat. The very handy alum key tool provided broke during assembly, reinforcing overall concerns about durability of components. If it otherwise performs as an ergonomic exec chair for another 5 years with light to medium use, it will have been a good investment.

Excellent office chair at the price point

I really like mine; my husband is taller than I am and he's waiting to receive the tall cylinder before he gets into his. Much better than a basic chair and more affordable than the other "premium" brands.

Hard seat. Horrible experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seat alone is reason not to buy this product in my view.It is rock hard and VERY uncomfortable.Moreover, the company must be run by amateurs because they forgot two parts in my box!I have to wait weeks to get the parts after my original order.Then they discount a pidly 5% for all my wasted time and aggravation. What an insult!They should have made zero profit on this absolutely horrible experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
