Finally A Comfortable Chair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After researching chairs and owning a good many in 25 years of working at a desk, I finally found a chair that hits the mark in all areas. I sit 8-10 hours per day and have osteoarthritis in my lower back. The adjustable lumbar allows me to adjust it for me. I like the adjustable arms, tension, and seat. Everyone is different, and this chair adjusts for all body types. I did purchase the headrest and foot rest which adds extra comfort. I would purchase again and highly recommend this chair.

Great chair for lower back pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who’s been dealing with lower back pain for the past few months, this chair has been a great relief. For context, I’m 5’6 and around 150lb and this chair is extremely comfortable and supportive. The cushion is not too firm and lumbar is not too aggressive. My back pain is a result of tight hip flexors, and my previous chair exasperated the pain with lack of support. It’s been a week working from home, sitting 8+ hours and no back pain as I sit! The chair has not “cured” me of back pain overall, but it certainly encourages better sitting posture and support!

So far, better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had it for two days, but they've been great. I'm not in pain when I'm sitting anymore. So, for now... I couldn't be happier. Assembly was pretty straightforward. Still need some help with correct adjustments - there are lots of options. I'm planning to make an appointment with their free online help for that. Right now, I would say it was well worth the investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello -we recently bought two of your chairs, and are in the process of replacing the standard cylinder with the taller cylinder. What is the easiest way to separate the original cylinder from the base and the chair itself?We like your chairs. They are well-made and have adjustments most of your competitors do not. I would suggest that if practical you sell this particular chair with & without arms. Also, your casters are not of the highest quality. We replace them with pressure self locking casters, which are safer and glide more smoothly.Thanks, Drew

Excellent chair, great price

The Branch Ergonomic Chair Pro is on the lower end price-wise, but superbly comfortable. Both the back and seat will support you while working, and the arm rests and lumbar support are all configurable. I've been using this chair for nearly a month now and am extremely happy with it, and glad I chose to order it.
