A great chair but . . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the assembly instructions are good, the user manual badly needs rethinking - too much information is omitted, which is infuriating because using a chair ought not be as complicated as they've made it. And the videos don't help - they too omit crucial information. But the chair itself is wonderful - my bad back thanks me every day for spending $$ for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new branch chair! It’s made such a difference in how I feel at the end of a work day! One of the levers sticks on occasion, but the chair eventually adjusts- it just takes some coaxing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to put together. Really comfortable. Night and day difference from my old chair which was very uncomfortable. Glad I did it.

After years of struggling with an "aesthetic" office chair, I finally gave in and splurged on Branch, which had great reviews from AI research, from Reddit research, and even a real life friend. Super happy with the color, comfort, and multiple adjustable components.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm 5'2" and now have a hybrid job where I work from home 2-3 days per week. I also have spine and back issues, so I needed to invites in a new desk chair for better ergonomics. After lots of research, I ended up with the Branch Ergonomic Chair Pro and I have been super happy with it. I love how customizable it is, how I can adjust it when I want to adjust my seating position (e.g., sometimes I sit cross-legged and push the arm rests out laterally). Really pleased with the quality and comfort, ease of putting together, and long-term warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! Wasn’t expecting to fall in love with a desk chair! The light blue color is a bit more subdued than I anticipated, but I like it more since I was really wondering if it would match my sage green walls. Dark wood desk - perfect match!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair was recommended for home offices by the New York Times and was an excellent choice. I hesitated because it required assembly, but the instructions and a video guide made it relatively easy. I recommend it.
