Nice Chair But One Design Flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Ergonomic Pro Chair for a couple of weeks now. It is a comfortable chair - much more so than my old big box office store chair. I work from home so I am in the chair 8 hours a day. My one complaint is the arm rests. The Ergo chair (higher price than the regular version) has adjustable armrests. Great! Not that great, because they do not stay in place. I had the arm rests on the inner most setting, from a side to side position. Unfortunately, any time I put any pressure on the arm rest, or move in my chair to grab something just out of reach, the arm rest moves to the outer most position. This happens every single time. It seems like the mechanism should be redesigned so the arm rest cannot move as easily. Sure it goes into position quickly, but gets knocked out just as quickly. So now I have arm rests adjusted to the outer most position. That is not where I want them, but it is better than having to readjust them multiple times a day after inadvertently knocking them out of place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking chair with the back support I need for long hours at my desk. The chair is made of good quality materials that I expect will last for years to come.

Do not recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seat is not very comfortable and lumbar support is not as good as other chairs I have owned. I also find the adjustment levers somewhat difficult to deal with. Disappointed considering the cost of the chair. I expected more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I can say is that the ergonomic chair is beautiful and extremely comfortable! I don’t feel my butt when I’m sitting on this chair. So far, I have spent 6 hours working without feeling any discomfort, and I can keep going. This chair was the best decision ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good chair. Looks nice, easy to put together. Comfy. The back support is solid. Def good for the price point and way more attractive than most office chairs. Wish the arms were adjustable though. We had to buy desk risers so it could roll underneath.

Great, not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair has been great! It has significantly helped my pain from a cervical hernia pinching nerves, and it looks great.Just some small down sides:- The lumbar support is pretty minor. I’d like it to be able to go deeper and higher.- It was a shame to pay for the taller cylinder, but have to receive and waste the smaller one. This should be an upgrade not an add-on.

Why did I wait so long?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fricken love this chair. I’ve been working from home for years and recently started experiencing some low back pain from sitting (in an old office chair) for too long. This chair is beautiful. The design is modern and elegant, but it also feels incredible on my back and neck. It really was night and day shift in how my body felt. This is a fantastic value for the price, and I’m so happy that I paid for the headrest and splurged on the slightly pricier model. Additionally, it was so easy to assemble and shipped quickly. f you’re on the fence I really hope this is the review that nudges you to go for it. Your body will thank you :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally bought it and I love it. Super comfortable, supporting my back, and making my work life so much easier. Plus, it looks pretty in my home office.
