Customer Service and support second to none

Bought my new range hood online from Lowes. Before I even received the product, customer service had texted me and placed a call to make sure I knew about their 4 year warranty and how to get in touch with them should I have any questions or problems with the unit. It's not installed yet but with that kind of dedication to the customer how can it be other than fantastic. I'll follow up when it's up and running.

Bought it not long ago but seems great. It looks classy and i love the display. The vents are are like real ones on commercial hood.

I bought this (would admit never heard of Kucht before) and have been very impressed. For a 900CFM, the sound levels are not loud at all. Highly recommend!

My husband installed this hood yesterday! The hood could be improved by adding a third LED light. More lighting would have made an excellent rating!

I can only say that this fan not only lives up to the the Kutch name but way outperforms any kitchen fans I have used, seen or heard of anywhere. That includes industrial kitchens.
