[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was searching for the right chair and finally found it!There are so many features on this chair and the comfort couldn't be better.I went with the leather version and the comfort along with the beauty is the best. The leather is treated as I have had condensation from drink drop onto the leather and no water stains!Lumbar support is amazing and helps with long hours of working throughout the day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Comfortable and Customizable Chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair wasn't difficult to put to together. We encountered a minor snage where we out the mechanism backwards because there was no front label on the bottom of the chair. Using the chair I find it very comfortable and the amount of configurations I can make to make it comfortable is great. Also enjoy all the colors available and at no extra charge.

Chair is hard as a rock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chair is hard as a rock; arms do not really adjust so if you have a keyboard tray this chair probably will not work for you.

It's a pretty chair, but that's about it. I'm 5'2" and around 185 lbs. The lumbar support is lacking depth and reach. I had an Aeron chair before this and have never felt so uncomfortable while sitting. If anything, I'd be really focused on the warranty before fully committing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair is amazing. I apparently ordered the wrong color and I was disappointed that it’s so light, however, it was already put together and we didn’t want to disassemble it. The chair is so comfortable and intuitive, we didn’t want to go without it, so we kept this color even though it’s for a 14 year old who is slightly messy.

Nearly perfect chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super comfortable and more adjustments than you will be able to figure out. There is very little to dislike about this chair. Any criticism would be kind of being picky. I would absolutely buy this chair again. One benefit for me that really makes a difference. I was lookin for a chair that the arms would get completely out of the way. As a guitar playing musician, I spend a lot of time practicing with my computer in front of me. Instead of putting the screws in the right arm during assembly, I left them out. I can flip one lever on the underside of the seat and pull the whole arm out thereby providing the room for the body of the instrument. It would have been nice to be able to just lower the entire arm to seat level but this works just as well with minimal effort. Kudos to Branch. Nice job.
