Not accurate heating system work for 2 minutes and

Just bought. Heating system not accurate, runs for 2 minutes and shutoff, you have to keep raising the temperature to start again. Insert not easy to assemble in the mantel, supplied screws for metal run loose in the holes and do not grip. I wll use for flame effect rather than heating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
