Getting support for anything these days can be a nightmare. Called Kucht for some help and the support was fast, knowledgable and friendly. Range is very well built & beautiful! Controls are precise, oven temp is spot on. These folks care about the product they're selling and their costomers.

Have had this range for 2 weeks and am very happy with the various burners. Did have to buy an oven thermometer to see actual temperature since oven control is not digital but know that I will get used to it

I bought my range a few months ago and I am so very pleased with it so far. It is very high quality without all the electronic gadgets that can stop working. I love how evenly it heats and how high end it looks.

We bought the 48 inch dual oven range in red along with the hood and microwave. It is a beautiful piece makes any kitchen project stylish and exquisite. I took away one star because of the clicking noise that all of the burners make and they seem like they want to turn on when I put I at least one burner on a very low setting. Its no biggie because I adjust it and my food comes out exceptional any way. There's probably a quick fix to it and they will probably make a video addressing the problem. The Kucht brand is like that. Overall it is a fun and solid piece that will meet your requirements for a beautiful kitchen.

Just bought and had this range installed. I LOVE how beautiful it is, and it is POWERFUL as a range! My oven has not worked properly since day one....so I'm hoping it is an easy fix (pre-heat light never turns off....so I have NO idea when it is the right temperature to cook at)

Excellent Dual Fuel Range Stove! We love it

The product is beautifully designed! When we bought this stove, we're remodeling our kitchen. We installed it in our island and it perfectly matched the style we're looking for. Installation went pretty smooth: anti-flip security bracket easy to install, 240v line for stove + Gas-line for burners. Space in between burners: No more big pots bumping into each other! Very efficient cooking experience. Temperature is accurate. Convection mode works spectacular for a couple of dishes we tried. So far, we haven't noticed anything negative about it and we have been using it for the last 2 months.
There is only one thing I wish the oven would've had which is a built-in "gauge" that measures the current temperature for both ovens but we quickly solved this by buying them separately. No big deal.
Other than that, we are so happy we decided to buy this product. Super recommended!
