A Timeless Black Beauty No Matter What Year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are reviewing the lovely 65th Anniversary Black Barbie Fashionista #221. This beauty is timeless, She comes with a fabulous red dress that is paired with red high heel shoes and a gold necklace. Her outfit is like the first black barbie. She has a nice sized afro which unfortunately need shaping after we took her out the packaging. But she is very beautiful. My daughter really loved her. I think she was fascinated by her sparkly dress.

Let's not forget the golden necklace. I have been a fan of Barbie since childhood. I have been collecting Barbie dolls for the last 25 years. She's a welcome addition to my collection.

Basic Barbie Doll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The doll is very pretty and I like the Afro. The dress and necklace are similar to the Anniversary 1st Black Barbie. My granddaughter enjoys playing with her. The shoes were the first thing to come off. Since this is a basic doll it’s fine for younger kids who don’t know about bendable legs and arms on dolls.

Both of my daughters are obsessed with her

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first brought out the toy my older daughter squealed that she was “sooooo fancy!” My younger daughter loved her hair and kept putting her shoes on and off of her feet. Overall they were both thrilled with her and both of them wanted her to herself. This doll is a fantastic addition to a Barbie collection, but be prepared to officiate a fight over her if you have multiple Barbie-loving children.

Stunning sparkle dress Barbie

The first thing that caught my eye was Barbie’s trendy red sparkly dress with shoulder cut-outs, her gold necklace, and those fashionable shoes. The attention to detail is really impressive!
What I love most is how this Barbie embraces diversity with different body types, skin tones, and hairstyles, really reflecting real-world beauty. My daughter has spent hours playing with her, and she fits right in with her growing collection.
The only downside is the tiny accessories that can easily get lost, for example the shoes can easily slip out. But overall, the Barbie Fashionista doll is fantastic and I would say she encourages creativity and celebrates diversity. It’s a perfect gift for any young fashion lover.
