We have just installed our range, but having issues with the largest burner igniting.

Many great features

Love the large convection oven along with the duel digital oven dials on both ovens for precise cooking temperatures. There are 2 front burners with an extra simmer flame which are great for long slow cooking. The convection oven cooks food in much less time. Roasts vegetables in 10 min and wings in 30 min which are crispy without frying.

Dual range

Bought this for our new construction and love the look of it. The range works well. Still getting use to using an electric oven, only negative is the cooling fan after the oven is off takes forever to turn off

We like it, but…

I do a lot of baking and the oven cooks evenly, I love the easy glide racks and love the convection option. The griddle for the stovetop is fantastic, we never put it away. The burners have a good range of power, however, we have had a consistent problem with the burners only lighting intermittently. They click away but there is no smell of gas and they don’t light. The next day they light right up again. We’ve only had the range for a month, it’s disappointing to have trouble out of the starting gate. We have a ticket submitted to Kucht; I’m hopeful they can resolve the issue.

Beautiful range, but gas burners often fail to light

My dual fuel range is absolutely beautiful and I was so excited to get it. Unfortunately, it has continued to have problems with the gas burners. Everything worked great the day it was installed, but for 3 months now we have been having trouble, off and on, getting the burners to light. The igniters always spark, but at random times none of the burners will light. I have hired independent inspectors to come and evaluate the installation, because I thought it had something to do with the gas line. But their report found no fault in the installation and suspected the issue was internal.
I am now at the point I am filing a report with Kucht warranty services. I am praying they are able to find a solution, because I love this range so much, but I just need it to work every time I want to use it.
