This is a fantastic bottle warmer! Great, easy-to-use design. Safe heat feature ensures that the milk doesn’t overheat in the event a diaper change turns into a full outfit change or more. Would recommend to anyone!

I do believe this warmer is an improvement from the previous design, simply for the fact that it is far easier to clean it. But this warmer is also lacking in certain areas. First of all, the water does not retreat like in the old system, meaning you need to remove this bottle as soon as the timer is done or the milk is warmed far beyond your desired temperature. Secondly, what might seem like a small issue becomes a big annoyance, and that’s because of the lack of bib on the timer. Pain in the butt to turn on.

We got this as a replacement for our Kozii, which wasn't working properly. This works great!! It warms up milk much faster and I like the fact that there is a separate reservoir for the water
