I love the ease of seeing the water level and cleaning of the unit. The removable basket is very handy.

So far so good. I had the fest gen kozii and it went out after a few months use. I reached out to kiinde and they sent me this version free of charge. It definitely helps to see the water level vs. the non visible chamber in the first version. Warming time is quicker as well.

Heats much better than the old version. If you are using smaller jars like 4 oz mason jars, they are very hard to get out of the basket.

We were upgraded to this model after our other Kiinde Kozii bottle warmer broke twice, and we have loved this upgrade! There are no moving parts, which is what was breaking on the old one. The water heats up quickly, therefore the bottle takes less time to warm up. It always seems to be the perfect temperature! My only complaint about this unit is that our Tommee Tippee bottles don't fit well in the basket, they're just barely too wide. The bottles fit fine in the old one, but this one doesn't fit as well, however it still works to heat the bottle up. It might not even be intended to fit perfectly all the way down in the basket, so perhaps I'm mistaken in criticizing it, but I imagine other bottles that are thinner would fit down to the bottom. That's the only reason I didn't give this device a 5 star rating, but again, it doesn't effect the function! I highly recommend this device!!

Received this as a replacement for our older style one that stopped working. Heats bottles up even quicker, and is overall easier to use.

Heats quickly and is reliable. Only complaint is that the warmer is fairly load when in use.
