It’s a good bottle warmer. It warms up breast milk in a glass bottle very well. I do miss the overflow feature of the previous model, especially during the midnight feedings when you’re tired. I didn’t realize that feature wasn’t included in this pro model and I unknowingly over filled it for a 4 am feeding at hot water spilled everywhere. Not fun ever, especially at that time of night. Plus the other model had an indication at the bottom of the heater where the “full “ level was - this problem model doesn’t.

It’s convenient, but the warming time guidance is very misleading. Completely overheats the milk when using the Warming Times guidance. My suggestion is to use half the time they say and ramp up slowly based on the temp you’re comfortable with.

Easy process to get a new bottle warmer while still within the 1 year warranty. The new version we got is working out very well so far. Very please with the service.
