This warmer is exponentially better than the previous model which we had issues with only months after beginning to use it. It was replaced free of charge by the company with no hassle, after a very short communication with the service department. Extremely happy with the product and the company.

This model is MUCH better than the original (ours broke within a few months of light use). The only word of caution is that the milk actually can overheat.

It is a really nice warmer, but the water remains hot, so you have to take the milk out immediately, or it’ll make it too hot.

I love this warmer. It warms very quickly and is more reliable than the old model. Also easy to fill and I like that the pitcher hangs off the back easily
