This was a replacement for the original model after its pump failed. This model has been excellent with the water staying in the chamber and not in a hidden bottom chamber like the original. I have the new silicone bottles and they fit inside perfectly.

The warmer works well but the 5oz Tommee Tippee bottles we use don’t fit in the warmer.

So far so good! Much more efficient and easier to wash. Just wish it wasn’t our third warmer in 7 months because the other two Kiind warmers stopped working.

The Kiinde Heat Safe Pro is amazing so far. It heats up and thaws the milk faster the Kiinde Kozii bottle warmer. It also does it without creating hotspots. Why didn’t Kiinde come out with this first? It looks like an “old dinosaur” for a machine, but it’s amazing. I love how Incan lift the basket out to remove the water without having to stick my hand inside to remove it and risk getting burned. _x000D_
My only issue is the knob. The knob is the only reason I cannot give 5 stars right now. It’s a bit stiff and hard to turn. The knob that is on the Kozii would be great for this because then I could turn the knob without having to use both hands hands. One to hold the warmer in place while I use the other to turn it. _x000D_
I have to wait at least 6 weeks because about every 6 weeks there was an issue with my Kozii. Either the water would stop rising or the timer would stop counting down so I would never hear it click off, and end up making the milk really warm and too hot when it did this and basically burning off the nutrients in the milk, so here’s hoping that nothing wrong happens before I truly make my final decision on this warmer.
