Great but…

I love this bottle warmer! Easy to clean, easy to fill, heats the bottle quickly. The only thing I don’t like about it is that because there isn’t a reservoir for the hot water to drain back into, if you get caught up with a diaper change or something while the bottle is warming, it will become way too hot if you don’t grab it right away when the time is up because it just sits in the hot water.

We received the first model as a gift for our baby shower, but after it stopped heating, we contacted Kiinde and they so thoughtfully replaced our original with the Kozi SafeHeat Pro bottle warmer. So in love with it as it is user friendly, and works so well with bottles and breast milk storage bags. Couldn't have asked for a better bottle warmer or a better company. Thank you, Sarah, for helping us to replace the first model we had!

Works quickly, easy to use

I was sent this after my base model stopped heating. I like the pro version much better. It seems more sturdy, and is easier to use. You don’t have to worry about water flow through a pump.

We had the original that worked for about 3 months and just didn’t seem to work again after that. This model is much more user friendly and has been working great. Heats fast and easy to clean
