This was a replacement for the original model after its pump failed. This model has been excellent with the water staying in the chamber and not in a hidden bottom chamber like the original. I have the new silicone bottles and they fit inside perfectly.

I like the new design and feel like the issues that I have experienced with the older model are resolved now. The unit is much easier to clean and descale and the blue light makes it much easier to see that the temperature feature is working. Additionally, the reset button on the bottom is much more accessible than the older model. Overall, it seems like it is a great design!

Well engineered, robust, thoughtful design and easy to use. No worries like with other brands of overheating the bottle or burning your hands, mostly due to lack of water. Having a basket and a reservoir ready while carrying a newborn is much needed convenience. This is worth the money. My only criticisms: could use a longer cord and/or right angled plug, maybe heating/timing chart as a sticker on the warmer.

Having had the regular bottle warmer in the past this design seems much bulkier. Seems to warm efficiently without getting too hot. Overall, best warmer we have tried just wish it was more sleek.
