The first one I purchased broke after one week of using it. The timing dial stopped moving and the machine would continue to stay on and would overheat the milk. Kiinde sent a replacement warmer and so far I have had no issues.It did take about two weeks to arrive which was inconvenient when you are warming many bottles a day for a newborn

The SafeHeat Pro is absolutely amazing! The fact that it has no pump alleviates the concern for malfunction. It is easy & quick to use. Highly recommend!

The new Pro model works great and gently heats up the milk. I have two suggestions/recommendations - the first would be to possibly put lights on the timer dial, which would help with middle of the night feeds where I want to keep the lights off so I can tell what I’m turning the knob to. The second is that while I love with the new model that it’s easier to clean and see how much water is in there, the water stays hot after it’s done warming, and I’m not always there to immediately remove the bottle (I start the bottle and then go change a diaper, etc and am not near the bottle warmer), so it continues cooking the milk after the timer is done, which then gets too hot. Not sure how to change this with the way the Pro is built, but thought I’d share. Overall, though, it’s been great!

I LOVE this bottle warmer. The timer really helps when you're busy doing other things and forget about it. It also heats up really quickly so less fussiness on the baby's end. Would highly recommend.

It works just fine. We just prefer the original model more. If you leave the bottle in the warmer because you didn’t hear it click off, the bottle gets too hot. We did not have this issue with the original model.

I’m surprised to see so many 5 star reviews. While the warmer heats up quickly, if you don’t take the bottle or breast milk out right away it gets way too hot. The water in the chamber remains heated when the timer runs out. So unless you take it out right away (which can be easy to forget or isn’t always possible), you’ll have to cool the bottle back down. This also compromises the quality of the breast milk. I prefer the old kiinde bottle warmer because of this.
