This warmer is exponentially better than the previous model which we had issues with only months after beginning to use it. It was replaced free of charge by the company with no hassle, after a very short communication with the service department. Extremely happy with the product and the company.

Great product. Warms the bottle up fast without over heating it. WARNING the heating element doesn't turn on unless the time is turned to greater than 3 minutes.

We love the updated water tank that makes cleaning easier, but if you leave the bags/bottles in after the timer runs out, it keeps heating and the bottles get too hot! We just have to remember to get it out immediately!

As a dad to a little man, this warmer was a great purchase. Mom fills up the pouches and throws them in the freezer and this warmer easily turns them into drinkable bottles. Good value, good product, easy to use. Highly recommended for use with the pouches.
