It’s like the other older one... will not get hot, even after resetting. So disappointed in the warmers.

Easy to use, Easy to clean, and the lift-out basket is nice for warming glass jars of baby food. The warming chart isn’t perfect, but you should be checking the temperature of things anyway.

This warmer was an upgrade/ replacement for the other model I purchased after the first one stopped working. _x000D_

This warmer is AWESOME! Only correction I would make is that the knob doesn’t turn backward (to shut off) as well as the Kozii. Due to that, I just leave the warmer to time out in its own, even after the bag has been removed.

What an improvement on this product. Milk warms up so much faster and I really like that the inside of the unit is stainless steel.
