I purchased the Kozii SafeHeat Pro to replace my old Kozii Warmer and I have to say, I miss the original version. I originally purchased the Kozii Warmer in 2015 and used it with my first child. Now that I have a second child I pulled it out of storage and continued to use it without any issues. Sadly, we took it on a trip and left it behind. The SafeHeat Pro is bulkier than the previous model and does not heat any faster than the older model. I don't really see a point to the plastic basket inside or the plastic water container that hangs in the back. I wish I had the original version back, the new one is still great for warming breastmilk.

Easy process to get a new bottle warmer while still within the 1 year warranty. The new version we got is working out very well so far. Very please with the service.

It’s convenient, but the warming time guidance is very misleading. Completely overheats the milk when using the Warming Times guidance. My suggestion is to use half the time they say and ramp up slowly based on the temp you’re comfortable with.
