Just got it installed. The Hood is quiet, just wish there is no handle on the grills to simplify the styling some more.

I'm very happy with this range hood. It is solid, well built, powerful, and quiet. It moves a lot of air! The design is a strong point - it's beautiful and functional and total pro. The lights are OK, wish they were brighter. The installation templates were excellent. The manual not as good, and needs correction - it is an 8" exhaust vent while some references in the manual say 6". Overall very pleased with this range hood.
