Exactly as advertised!

I've had this fireplace for close to a year and still absolutely love it! It was a bit tricky to remove the glass to add the decorations inside but once that was set up the rest was easy peasy. I chose this model specifically for the logs and look of the flames. The variety of looks to choose from is nice but personally, I wanted it to look somewhat realistic and I can achieve that by using the artificial logs (instead of the see-through rocks it also comes with) and displaying the orange flames. The ability to dim the flames is great too if I'm watching the tv above the fireplace. I'm happy it's able to stand on the floor using leg brackets until I'm ready to recess it into the wall. I was a bit worried about it overloading the breaker when plugging it into the wall but that never happened and it warms the room perfectly. I like that I can select the exact temperature I want the room to be at and it will automatically stop heating when it reaches what I set (while still showing the fireplace). I would buy this again in a heartbeat, especially on sale!
