This phone has been a hit or miss

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy s25 ultra has strengths and some flaws to it. It seems to be a more fragile version of the galaxy series leading to broken screens and broken back glass on more than one occasion. It runs application's pretty smoothly and doesnt slow down in the software department but it's hardware seems to be very touchy. The back camera has stopped working for an unknown reason so any photo I have to take is from the front selfie camera which makes taking pictures almost awkward. The phone has been struggling with finding and maintaining connectivity as well. The network isnt the problem as ive reset the settings and connections on thier side but it seems the only way I can get it back sometimes is to toggle airplane mode on and off. Ive missed many phone calls because of this and its the hardware that is to blame since ive tried all the fixes on the software side. The Galaxy AI is pretty useful though. I do enjoy its tips and suggestions as well as the ability to search whatever is highlighted with the S-pen. It seems really adaptive and I do appreciate how fast it's able to help.
Overall, the S25 is a big leap forward in the Galaxy series but could definitely use some fine tuning. Im hoping when I recieve my S26 ultra that I won't run into the same issues. Only time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra as my main phone, and it’s easily one of the best devices I’ve owned. Samsung really nailed the balance between power, design, and everyday usefulness. The display is gorgeous, bright, sharp, and easy to see even outdoors. The Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy makes everything feel instant, from opening apps to switching between tasks. Even heavy games run smoothly with zero stutter. The camera system is a major highlight with its 200MP main sensor captures incredible detail, and the zoom is genuinely useful. Low‑light photos look clean and natural, and the AI processing enhances images without making them look artificial. I didn’t expect to use the S Pen as much as I do, but it’s become part of my daily routine. It’s great for quick notes, editing photos, and signing documents. It’s one of those features that quietly becomes indispensable. Battery life has been excellent. I get a full day of heavy use without worrying, and fast charging makes it easy to top up when needed. Some of the AI tools are surprisingly helpful, especially the ones that run on‑device. Live translation, photo editing, and summarization feel fast and private. A few features still feel experimental, but overall they add real value. Owning the Galaxy S25 Ultra has been a fantastic experience. It’s powerful, reliable, and packed with features that actually make day‑to‑day use better. If someone asked me whether it’s worth it, I’d say absolutely.

Great phone with few cut corners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start have used Note phones for all my Samsung journey until this phone. The display is bright and brilliant. Using the AI features within pictures is excellent and far better than others and previous versions. Removing unwanted background items or even random fingers or heads from unintended foreground photo bombings is easy. The first cut corner however is the camera. Feels like camera quality has not improved from previous years. In addition to the quality and resolution, using the zoom feature to max creates major blur as well as very jittery shutter. The second flaw comes from the main feature/ hardware that kept me with the Note for v so many years, the S Pen. While added to the ultra series removing ALL of is Bluetooth functions like ability to activate camera shutter in what appears to be cost cutting move only is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. In addition to removing nearly all the S pens selling points, having the SPen constantly have issues when using the magnetic cases that make up a majority of the market is disappointing given todays technology. Final hiccup comes with fingerprint sensor as even small amounts of moisture on finger causes non recognition of the finger.
