Like it, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying the upgrades on this phone such as the Galaxy AI (I was forced to upgrade from my Note 10+, as many services told me my phone would not longer be supported. Kudos to Samsung though, that phone had absolutely no issues for being as old as it was! So sad I had to upgrade)
Things I like about the Galaxy Ultra:
1. LOVE that it still has a pen! I use the pen ALL. THE. TIME. It is so convenient and helpful in mobile games where precision is helpful.
2. The size is comparable to my Note 10+. This was a must for me, as my vision isn't great and a larger screen helps see more at a time when I have to make things larger. It still fits in all my pockets (women's jeans- IYKYK)
3. The battery has been great so far. I like the "batter saver" or whatever it's called to keep it from overcharging as well as monitoring for apps using a lot of power.
4. The Galaxy AI functions have been a nice addition. I was never really a huge fan of Bixby and disabled it on my other devices. I've played around with the photo editing a bit, which is fun. I also like the Samsung note help functions.

1. It is almost impossible to use the pen with any kind of magnetic phone holder.
2. The pen is not the same color as my phone. My blue Note 10+ had a nice, shiny blue pen that matched the phone. Not a huge deal, but the brown/tan is not cute.
3. The buttons and pen are all on the opposite side as my previous phone. Its driving me crazy trying to relearn.

Back of phone overheats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part I love my S25 Ultra. The picture quality surpasses any phone camera I've ever seen. The operating system can rival a desktop computer. Galaxy AI on this device is unrivaled. My only complaint is when you're playing a game on it the back of the phone will overheat to the point of burning your hand. I ended up getting a prepaid phone to play my games on.

Greatest phone ever made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy AI is a game changer!! It has help me so much with creating lesson plans and coming up with topics for my classroom. The phone is lightweight in my hands. The screen is crystal clear and the graphics are vibrant! I purchased this phone because it has tow unique features: the pen and notes. I have large finger tips and with the keyboard being small for me, I'm able to use the pen to type without make lots of mistakes. The Notes feature is great for taking notes during business meetings and class lectures.
