how i wish the case is not glossy. it should a matt finish as well. but overall it was a great case.

Strong, yet still weak.

pros:
+ textured rubber edges. could be a little less sharp, but i will still put this as a pro.
+ well built case, doesn't feel like a cheap case.
cons:
- glossy back plastic is too slick. it slides around when laid down and shows every single fingerprint.
- kick stands are too weak. designed to pop off instead of break, but they pop off even when trying to prop it up normally. and they seem to pop off easier after each time they pop off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Why sale a Ultra case with no S Pen slot

confusing to have 2 cases for the same series phone. either bring back the slot for s pen or sell a rugged case with s pen holder.

the phone case is solid construction- it is handy, sleek, all slots (power cable, volume keys, etc) are fully functional.

the edges of the case do not come up far enough to protect the screen, as advertised. there is already a scratch on my brand new phone! this case is definitely not worth the $$. it's not multi layered protection and it does not offer enough non slip surface to keep from slipping out of your hand. not protective enough for life.

Does not work with wireless charging

i had this same rugged case for my previous galaxy note10, and it worked flawlessly with wireless charging. this case however does not work at all with wireless charging. i've tried multiple chargers with this case on, and none of them detect the phone. with the case off or a different case, wireless charging works as expected.

i traded in a note 9 for this ultra 21.
the camera is the high point of this phone. it is equivalent or some what better then a 35 mm.
however this was not a good trade.
the finger resignation on the back of the note was worth more and only took one hand to use.
the writing ✍styles is another item missing from the ultra 21.
the ultra 21 is very fast and the picture quilty is over the top. it is narrower then the note. therefore harder to hold or hold on too. like not as comfortably.
bigger screen the ultra 21 boost
, but it's not it is taller but seems to be skinnier
the phone is great. but if i had realized these two items where missing i would not have spent the money
