Cats refused to use it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this! The idea of it is amazing! I would have been THRILLED if my cats would use it! My kitties refused to use it. They got it in, they got in it for a few days, and then said no thank you. The big guy, who I now know is almost 18 lbs barely fits in it. The little one who is about 10lbs, was more interested, continued to jump in, but also refused to use it. I thought it may have been the scent block, which is strong, so I removed that, but still no go! It is loud, and hold very little litter, but it looks like it would have worked beautifully if my cats would use it. They will not!

Must Have!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was honestly super surprised with how easy this was to assemble and set up on the app. The app is very self-explanatory and helps you walk through all of the steps to clean the litter box. I love how it also tells you the health of your cat and if they are going to the bathroom regularly so you can let your vet know. My cat didn’t seem very scared of this litter box and when it was full, she went right in. I really like the design. It is very sleek and durable. It works very well and there is a container underneath the machine where the waste goes in. It holds a lot and the best part is you don’t have to scoop it yourself. Overall, I am so happy to have this because it makes life easier and if you hate scooping the litter box, you definitely need this.

Great lower price point automatic box!

I’m impressed. The mechanism is smooth and my cats didn’t manage to spread litter despite its open top. 10/10 competitor in this space.
