Good but basic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great Barbie but nothing special. My little one liked being able to change her skirt easily. The butterfly pattern was also a huge hit. Her shoes did not stay on well so that part was frustrating for my four year old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Barbie Mermaid Doll with Colorful Hair, Tail and Headband Accessories is a beautiful Barbie. I am giving it four stars because while she is pretty, she is not a mermaid as described. She comes with beautiful mermaid colored hair, a painted-on swimsuit, a skirt, a necklace, and a flower headband. Her feet are positioned for high heels, which my girls love because we have quite a collection of them, but she doesn’t come with her own shoes. Her head can turn, her arms can move at the shoulders, and her legs can move at her hips (but do not bend at the knees to sit as some others do). Overall, my daughters love this Barbie and play with it often.

A beautiful and simple dolly!

We were a tad confused because it was advertised as a “mermaid” doll and she did not have a tail or mermaid features but still a cute and fun project!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barbie Royal with Pink Butterflies exceeded my daughters expectations. She is beautiful. The built-on suit is pretty. Her hair is amazing with the blonde and pink! And that removable butterfly skirt is stunning!

Not a mermaid doll at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw this advertised as a Barbie Mermaid Doll and thought it sounded really fun. While the doll is very pretty with long pink hair and a pretty butterfly skirt, it is not a mermaid doll. I guess the fact that the top is not removable could make it seems like a mermaid doll, there is no tail that actually defines a mermaid. The hair is pretty and very long and colorful so overall it is a pretty doll. This Barbie seems cheaper than the Barbie's of my era, but I am sure my granddaughter loves it anyway. While I am disappointed in the design, it will get many years of play with our Barbie collection at Grandmas House.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lovely Barbie

She has beautiful pink hair, a sweet, friendly facial expression, and a delicate butterfly-themed dress that feels playful and imaginative. The details on her outfit are lovely, and she even comes wearing pink shoes, which complete the look perfectly.
Overall, she’s a cute, stylish doll that’s great for imaginative play or display. One star off only because there’s always room for a bit more durability or extra accessories—but she’s still a delightful find.
