Overall a good doll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter liked the doll. The outfit is colorful, the shoes are bright and her hair is bright and pretty colors. The doll was overall a good toy the only flaw we found was the shoes, the shoes do not stay on the feet of the doll when played with.

Another well designed doll with endless play

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Daughter was so excited to get this Barbie. She is in love with mermaids so this was a great addition to her collection of dolls. The doll is constructed well, just like all Barbie dolls are. The Accessories are also interchangeable. She loved the skirt and bright colored shoes that came with it. She was eager to open it and play with it along with her other barbie dolls. This doll provides hours of imagination play that can interact with other dolls that she already has

Butterfly Dress Barbie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Played with this Barbie with my 4 year old daughter. Things I like: Her dress is colorful with flowers and butterflies, cute flower crown and pearl necklace. The only thing I didn’t like was her hair. I thought her hair was going to be more of an ombré but it’s more pink with thick blonde streaks. But my daughter likes her.

Title Doesn't Match the Doll, Otherwise Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barbie was listed as "Barbie Mermaid Dolls with Colorful Hair, Tails, and Headband", so I thought I'd get a soft mermaid tail along with the dress that would cover her feet. That's honestly why I chose this particular Barbie. When it arrived, I was a little confused and I ran a search only to discover this is a completely different Barbie (as expected once I saw no tail included). That being said, here is my review of the product I DID receive:
Firstly, my 4 year old daughter loves her new Barbie. I think she'd love it no matter what style it was. The doll itself is without any sort of manufacturing issues in the plastic and the arms, legs, and head move freely. The top of her dress is molded on, which I don't particularly love, but it makes sense bc when you remove the skirt, she's not just "naked" under there. The top becomes sort of a one-piece bathing suit type outfit. I'm sure you could just as well put an entire dress over her, if you wanted. Her hair is easy to brush and she comes with a cute headband. We haven't clipped off the headband attachments yet bc we were traveling and I didn't want it to get lost. I don't love the tiny attachments used for that (and used in the box to attach Barbie's head to the cardboard) bc I always feel like I'm going to accidentally give her a haircut. I wish Mattel would address this. Her shoes stay on her feet fairly well, so I'm happy with that.
The box she came in wasn't the easy open kind. It was the kind with plastic in the front and cardboard sealing over the back. Other Barbies we have had better, easier to open packaging.
Overall, as far as a Barbie is concerned, this is a nice quality one. I took away a star bc of the mismatch in title and the doll I received, but without that I would've given her 5 stars. My 4 year old approves whole heartedly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Points for being a cute bright doll but thats it. My daughter uses it in the bathtub. We picked this one because it is called a mermaid doll, but there isnt anything about this doll that would associate it to a mermaid. The accessories that come with it are shown on the barbie: crown, necklace, shoes, and removable skirt.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This doll combines all these elements, which makes it the perfect doll for her and one of her new favorites. As always, the doll is also excellent quality. I would definitely recommend this doll.
