Perfect for the barbie pool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves ken, she has all barbies so she was happy to have a ken for her pool parties. She even brought him into our regular pool. She is already asking us for another Ken for her Barbies. My son also loves playing with ken.

Great toy for any kid

The cute little shorts are adorable, the movement is so fun, and the durability is amazing. My boys absolutely love it. The shorts are super cool too, they almost look holographic because of the design. Great toy.

Pleasant facial expression, questionable quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ken doll has a pleasant facial expression and vibrant pattern on his swim trunks which makes him appealing for children to play with. Ken’s head is of great quality, whereas his body feels like it could fall apart if it were played with in a rough manner (e.g., his legs might detach).

Hours of fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came and my 2 grandchildren “fought” over whose it was. They both wanted Ken to be theirs! Needless to say, Ken ended up in the tub, swimming away with Barbie and Christie!! Both took turns playing and I think I’ll need to go out and by another.

Beach Ken Doll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super cute, Ken doll, poseable arms and legs. Molded blonde hair in current style, ice blue eyes. Quality materials used can stand alone. Swimming trunks are made of a polyester in shades of blue, pink and purple. Great date for Barbie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has become a pool time staple for my son. He loves taking Ken on adventures. I love that the hair is plastic so it doesn’t get messed up by water, and the swim trunks dry easily. The swim trunks are colorful and pretty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a simple. The color of the shorts are eye catching. However, the hair is rough to texture. The head movement is limited and hard to move around. It’s okay Ken. It has nothing special or that makes you want run and get it.

The Perfect Ken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter had 2 of the same Ken dolls prior to this one (Barbie Fashionista Ken Dolls #204). And surprisingly, this Ken is a smaller size. He only comes with his swim trunks, which was fine since my kid already has clothes for her Kens. One of the main things I appreciated with this doll is the fact that his hair is plastic. If a kid is anything like my own, they love cutting hair. I'm so happy that my daughter didn't have the chance to do it with this Ken doll, though. My daughter is also a huge fan of the Barbie movie. In fact, she didn't really know who Barbie and Ken were prior to watching. As soon as she got him in the mail, she knew he was "the Ken." As of right now, this Ken doll is the only male among all her Barbies, so he plays a lot of roles. Beach Ken, Cop Ken, Roller Skating Ken, Husband Ken, Officer Ken, Chef Ken, you can name a few jobs and he's probably had it. To my point.. this Ken doll seems to be the perfect size for his line of clothes. The prior Ken dolls that we have never fit into any of the Ken outfits, but luckily, this Ken was able to fit in them all. I'm not sure why the other Ken dolls are different sizes, but they are. Leading up to my next point, this Ken doll is durable. He has survived being thrown out of our daughter's electric car, beauty salon makeovers, and his shorts haven't been washed, but still look new. Overall, we really enjoyed getting the opportunity to add this Ken to our daughter's collection and am so happy that we don't foresee a future where he'll have to be replaced.
