I now feel safe when out of Wifi range on the water and land - SOS simple to use - Iphone messager app good - device small and harder to use

Overall this is a great product. Definitely have to watch a few videos on how to use the entire device to its fullest. My main complaint is with the subscription service. A little over priced for the options.

Received as a Christmas gift...
Setup was very easy. Instructions were clear and simple. Hardest part was choosing a "plan".
Works as advertised in remote areas with zero cell service. Will be a big comfort to my family when I do backcountry rides. Advertised battery life seems pretty amazing!
If you're looking for something simple, but effective, this device will fit the bill!

The device is exactly what I need for active hiking and outdoor activities in my 70's. Happy with the size and function of the device. The set up software was very difficult to use. My daughter has an InReach and has set hers up; she helped but also had trouble. With a full day of effort we were finally able to get everything working.
