Silent Workout!

My husband and I have now had this a few month's. I was very skeptical about a body weight machine but this gives me everything I need. I get a total body workout and with no loud clanking weights. I can work my entire body and it's so easy to go from one exercise to the next.
I would recommend this to a friend!
